Lunch&Learn: The Government’s Annual Business Planning Process (SPP and the Budget)

The purpose of this session is to provide participants with an understanding of the government’s annual business planning process, known as the Strategic Planning Process (SPP) (formerly called multi-year planning). The session will provide an overview of Ontario’s SPP process, including:
• The process for the development and review of SPP submissions
• The key players involved in the review and decision-making process
• The relationship between SPP and the budget, and,
• The types of information available for use in our audits.
